To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that any tags, labels, or seals remain intact.

4. Proof of Purchase:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip in the return package.

5. Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty/damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 8. Non-Returnable Items:
